I like everything except one part. I think that when we pay for something it should show right away that it came out. Except it’ll still show pending . It takes out the money but then shows again later that it just now took it out. Even thou i know it was token out earlier. It still switches around. And I don’t like that. And for the load. I think it could be better because it only shows I paid but doesn’t show on there this much interests d this much principle. So I don’t know what is what. I know I can try and dig for it. I thought you would be better to have it in front of you. So you can easily keep an eye on it! And I know some cards don’t. But it would be more Secure just in case you lose your card. To have a shut off lock! So nobody is aloud to steal your money if they tried! That it for me. Thank you very much!!

I frequently am locked out of mobile banking due to the 3 attempts and you are out setting. If you are not extremely careful using the finger print option you will exceed the 3 attempts without realizing it. Then you can only get a reset by calling during business hours. Since I became disabled mobile banking has been a godsend, but Southwest National’s mobile banking is currently NOT dependable. You corrected the issues that plagued your mobile deposit feature, surely you can get up to speed with password reset as well.

This app does what I want and what I need it to. Navigation isn’t always the easiest, but still solid the whole way through. Like that Face ID finally got added. Would really like to link into Apple Pay at some point.
