Got struck with the loading screen - upon opening the app. Force close, reinstall - nothing helps. This is happening since a month now I believe, no fix been done so far. Please fix this up, Thanks!

I downloaded the app and I tried to open it but I couldn’t first I thought network issue I changed the networks from one to another and moved from one place to another still not open and I tried after 2 hours to open and still couldn’t open the app and it loading continuously and may be it will take one lifetime to open

I tried to reach customer support for payment related issues through this app and they immediately addressed the issues.
