If anyone is having issues adjusting your speed sensitivity, etc. you have to have the board on charge and in standby mode to change the settings. You cannot change them while you are riding. I hate that this is unclear so that is why I am here to tell you that it works and how to do it, the UI looks a little weird but other than that it’s great

I’m writing this review on my iPhone 7 because the app is not recognized by my daughters or wife’s iPhone XR. My daughter got an upgrade to the iPhone XR and now the app will not fully connect. It will pair and only play music. It will not give an any stats of speed or battery usage. It says to turn on Bluetooth. She could not write a review either, because it says she doesn’t own one. There is no update. I emailed swagtron and they replied the next day. Their suggestion of deleting the app and reinstalling it helped. So I changed to 4 stars.

What is the author rating this as for 17+ age? We bought a swagtron hover board for our son for Xmas and this app interfaces and controls settings. It does nothing without the board and has no content. My son is 11 and we restrict his content to age 12. To use this app we would have to increase all of his phone content to 17+! That makes no sense Swagtron. He wanted a technology interface so we are looking at returning the board and finding something that is better thought through for youth. This can’t be a surprise to Swagtron. Doesn’t anyone at Swagtron have children?
