Survey Spin: Get paid cash!

I feel really grateful for this app. It has allowed me to pay some bills and also afford groceries here and there if you do enough surveys. I myself have been unemployed certain periods of time and this has been mighty helpful in allowing me get some lower cost food items, drinks, or snacks. I mean, it can't replace a full time day job, but if you are struggling to make income, it could help you afford some things. It's also fun to use. I enjoy the surveys though bare in mind, some do glitch. Like you'll finish a survey, and then it'll like freeze on you or say like "no survey at thus time" and then close out the survey automatically, but if you watch some ads, it'll reward you or if you refer people to the app too, it'll reward you. Also, some surveys, the duration of time thry take can be long as well for a few cents. I try to do the ones that are less time to take. Overall, I have no complaints. It has been helpful to me just make sure you answer honestly, don't skim through it or rush through it. I myself take it seriously but my surveys apparently get returned back to me sometimes by the company sponsoring the survey so be mindful of that. Their customer service team is pretty stellar too. The first month or so after i downloaded Survey Spin i absolutely loved it. Would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. It was just as it advertised. The first cash out took 2 or 3 days but I was informed of that beforehand so no problem. Every cash out after the first I received within minutes! And there were plenty of surveys that I was able to finish and I was cashing out every 2 or 3 days without even trying very hard! BUT after just over a month of using the app daily I was randomly logged out. I went to pull up the app and I had been logged out. I’m the only person who uses my phone so no one else had logged me out…I hadn’t accidentally logged out. Id been logged in for over a month with no problems! Easy fix right? I will just log back in. Put in my email as requested to get the “magic link” and it pops up there was an error sending my magic link. Tried again. Same message. Tried several more time. Same message. Reached out to customer service. Someone responded within 48 hours with a generic sorry to hear that please send us the email you use and a screenshot of the error message. I responded immediately and waited and waited but to this day(2 months later) I’ve never received any reply. I tried twice more reaching out because I genuinely did love this app and wanted to be able to use it again but never recieved any response at all those times. 2 stars because I loved it the month or so I was able to use it

Look, I’ve spent a lot of time testing and going through every survey money earning application out there. I’m sure there’s still some I haven’t found, but I’ve used dozens. This is one of the few I found that is worth using. Those saying they can’t reach $5…If you speed through surveys, lie, be dishonest, the AI will catch on and you won’t get high paying surveys if any decent ones at all. I had that happen to me in my early days on other apps. Even if you are legit reading everything, but are going really fast some apps will think you aren’t paying enough attention and stop giving you good surveys. You have to pace yourself. If you have really high reading comprehension … you are who I’m taking to…slow down. You can be quick, but don’t try to fly through them. I’ve cashed out many times on this app. There are only 1 or 2 apps I have found that have better paying surveys with less dq’s and with even lower payouts, but you can find them the hard way like i did. This app is legit and a good one. Payments Instantly arrive in my PayPal and have had zero issues or problems with the app. If you are looking for survey apps to make a little extra cash this really is one you want to hold on to. Making money in surveys is kind of an art form that takes practice. You have to learn and adapt and understand how their software “thinks”.
