Sup - Better Habits

Ok this app is EVERYTHING!! So if you don’t know what to write about there is writing prompts, and that really helped me I like to do the ones that suggested three good things about your day, and that helped to reflect of all the good things if you’re stressed about something you could ease your mind. There’s different exercises to like if you were anxious nervous there is a lot of different things they have for you. And I think it’s really cool how you get to use an emoji for your mood to see how your mood changed throughout the day or week. And if you’re having a really stressful night and if you have like a presentation tomorrow or you’re just generally stressed about tomorrow they have a school thing that activate at night time for me and what it is it’s called spaced out and what it is is you see these planets move and it just helps you to get out of your mind and think of all these positive thoughts as these things pop up on the screen saying that you’re confident you can do this like negative thoughts just leave your mind and I think that’s just so awesome for you just to drain all that negative before you go to bed. I genuinely love this app because I’d like something that has something for me to finish something in or have instructions and tell me what to do and like other apps I just had a journal it’s a little bit harder because I don’t really know what I’m writing about because it just feels like a journal because I already have one of those but I want to read something that connects me with my feelings so I know what exactly I want to talk about or what to write about, and I think they just pinpoint that exact thing perfectly with the journaling prompts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s great, and many times in other apps they give you ads or make you pay but not this! It’s also really well formatted and I really enjoy putting in my moods because of the cute emojis. I have downloaded a lot of journal apps and this is one of the best! I also like how you can anonymously vent live and a bunch of other stuff. Just a few tiny things that I found would help. Sometimes when I try to “vent live” it says to try again in -1:45 or some random number. I close the app and try again and the number just gets larger. It prevents me from going live. I’m not sure if there are just no listeners or something but it is a bit confusing. I also really liked the posting quotes section, but I found it a bit discouraging that there were only preselected options to choose from. It would be much nicer if we could just type out comments ourselves. A way to comment on the live vent thing would also be appreciated. Again, other than the weird number glitch, these are just ideas, but I think they would help. Otherwise, I think this is a great app and give it five stars ⭐️!

This app is great! I really do love it. It’s simple and easy to use. But in truth I still have some complaints that I hope the developer will please work on. I love that I can add other emotions that are not listed but the random list of emojis to pick from is a little limited and requires at times some really creative thinking to find one that will work for that emotion. Although sometimes those random ones do work really well such as I added volatile and used a 🌋. In this same area the limited characters for the words (especially when it’s only one more than the limit) is frustrating and leaves you trying to find a shorter word with the same meaning and the other options aren’t always shorter. It also seems to think that even my positive emotions that I make are negative ones in the statistics so the ability to mark it as positive, negative or neutral would be a smart addition. It would also be nice to be able to edit them but I am glad there’s at least the ability to add an afterthought. Oh and it was sending me notifications at first but it just up and stopped and now I forget to go into it as much as I would like to. It may seem like I have a lot of complaints but honestly, I really do love this app and these suggestions if implemented (where possible) would make it even more lovable and I would for sure give it 5 stars. Thank you!
