I love taking the SunRail to & from work daily. Not only does it save me time, but money & wear on my car. I buy a monthly ticket for the discount so I save even more money!! Definitely beats sitting in traffic during rush hours!
I really like the new Sunrail App. It is so much easier to purchase my monthly pass on it and also to get notifications if the trains are running late and events that SunRail will be providing train service.
I need you guys to figure it out. I have my entire family’s physical cards loaded onto my online account. It does not show on the app. A transit app is functionally useless if you can’t just open it up and see your fare cards immediately. I shouldn’t have to navigate to a browser and login with my email to see the amounts on them and then back out to the app which still shows nothing. It’s also not easy to transfer amounts from the old sunrail cards. The option is not obvious at all. It can’t be this hard to make a simple app that works. People do it all the time.
