Sudoku - Brain Puzzle Games

When you first start, there are few to no ads. Each day, you get a little bit more, to the point where, within a week, you have ads before you start a game, after you complete one, and then random ones thrown into the middle to interrupt you. Most of these ads are the type that forcefully open either an app that you already have installed, or open up Google play.

This would have been excellent if it weren’t for this one annoying bug: I play with all candidates auto-filled as a starting point, but no automatic notes during the game. I then gradually manually remove candidates during the game. The issue in this app is that I often accidentally press the toggle for auto-candidates (right in the middle of the screen next to the note/response toggle, which I have to touch all the time), and then all the candidates reappear and I have no way of tracing my steps to remove again candidates that I have already removed. Could this be fixed? Move the toggle away to a different spot on the screen that is farther from the other toggle? This is extremely frustrating.

It's pretty much like every other Sudoku game out there. Missing a feature I wish any of them had (color-marking squares, not just noting). Ads are not as pervasive as other similar apps, but it does do one thing very concerning — interrupting your game with an actual Chrome browser pop-up ad. These ads are often the kind that are common scams (such as claiming your device is infected).

Ads upon ads upon ads. This used to be a good game. Now you are fighting ads more than playing the game. The small ads at the bottom would not be a big deal but they now have sound which is obnoxious when trying to play a game. If you mute one, it does not mute others. There are also full screen ads that slide in in the middle of a game. If you can imagine it, an is going to appear. And this is all happening when you are trying to complete a puzzle in the best time possible. INEXCUSABLE!

I love that there are different levels of difficulty and daily challenges. It makes it so much better for me. I also appreciate that you only get ads before and after you play a round, instead of during the round like other sudoku games do. I’ve gotten to a point where I can just zone out while playing the medium and many of the hard levels, and really appreciate the smart hints on the expert levels when I get confused, it’s taught me so much. I am really confused on what the tickets are for though. They appear as a prize but I haven’t been able to figure out where they come in handy. If I had to choose one thing that could be added to this app, it would be an explanation for the tickets. Even if it’s just as simple as a item that you can collect over time that has no other purpose.

I love everything about this and I’d buy this game if it was a one time purchase, I’d even pay 20-30 for it. I’m not subscribing to a sudoku game though. I think ads during a battle is not a great idea…(during and after is fine) I’m assuming that’s not supposed to happen and I’d appreciate if you fixed this issue. I’d also appreciate adds In between games instead of during. Please fix this. When filling in the little numbers with the pencil individually, it won’t let you add a number that cannot go in the box. This prevents you from making a mistake while trying to solve the puzzle. You should be able to pencil in what numbers you think go in an empty box even if they are wrong. You should be able to battle people you know (like how you can send a puzzle you’ve done to someone else which is awesome addition, but real time)
