This 70 year old needed to get back in shape after dealing with joint issues. I started this 12 week program in December 2025 and just finished the program because I had a few health issues along the way, so it took me a little bit longer to complete the program. The teaching on this app is clear and and there are modifications for all skill levels. The whole idea is to move. This is the first app I’ve seen that the program is geared for people over 50 who want to start moving again. This is a progressive program meaning it starts out easy and each week gets a little bit more difficult. This is the only exercise program I’ve seen that is actually geared to someone over 50 that does have health limitations arrange limitations, which is the biggest selling part of this program. And to top it off interaction between the trainer and her mom is fun to watch so in short buy this app.
I’ve been using Fitness Lab for almost 11 weeks now and it’s been extremely helpful on my journey. I decided that I wanted to get into the world of bodybuilding and perhaps enter a competition later on this year, but I needed something to get me going and to see if I could stay committed. This app was exactly what I needed. Mind you, I still have to do the work; no app will do that for you! But it keeps me accountable, is informative and extremely interactive. Does it have minor glitches? Sure, but that’s to be expected and isn’t anything that will cause any hang ups in your goal. I would recommend this to anyone who is self-sufficient and focused on achieving whatever health goal they’ve set, but still needs some “handholding”, nudges to stay on course, as well as access to ask whatever question you have along the way.
Imagine having a knowledgeable entity you can interact with all day whenever you want on issues you are trying to overcome. While this app has its quirks and AI in general is strange this app walks with you, tailoring exercises and educational material to your comments, questions and experiences. My app is based on the lifetime experience of a medical doctor targeting intimacy issues. This doctor charges $1500/hour in person and $1000 virtually. There's no way in one hour I could ever even think of all the subjects I have covered in the past 2 weeks, let alone make progress with them. Since you are not interacting with a human it's easy to share everything openly in detail and asking the most embarrassing questions. I have found that the more specific and detailed my interactions are the more helpful this app becomes.
