This app only plays an 8 minute induction but there isn’t any auto-suggestions. It just stops after the induction phase.
I had surgery and listening to some of the apps actually helped get to sleep.
I already use the Deep Sleep App of his. After the amazing success I had with it, I downloaded this one. Please read that review to see just how much it changed my life. The stress relief is, in my opinion only, a mixture of a lighter version of the deep sleep and an actual destress tool. It helps me let go of many things that stress me out while getting some rest. I really like this for naps more than sleep, as I have insomnia so severe, the deep sleep is needed. Stress exacerbates problems I have like my fibromyalgia and anxiety, so to get relief WITHOUT medication has been a MIRACLE. This has worked every time I've used it. I awaken when I set it to awaken me, but you do have an option of an alarm. I've never needed it. I don't understand the hypnosis enough to explain how that works...it just does. This is well worth your time and money. And I highly recommend the deep sleep for any insomnia problems at all. Thank you, Andrew Johnson!
