Move On with AJ

The recording is distracting. Andrew has a lot of mouth noise going on (just needed some hydration) and his S sounds so whistle at the end a bit. If you can tolerate that, the content is good. I think it is worth it, but I wish a bit more care was taken in the recording.

It helped relieve my stress and anxiety and improve my sleep especially after a break up. It gave me strength and helped me with two breaks ups! I will say that I usually fall asleep after just a few minutes into it do I really don’t know what goes on during the whole time but I know It gives me comfort and I always wake up positive and at peace.

Last night was my first night listening to this, so I thought it would be best to review now, and again after it's been a month or so. For starters, if you are so highly wrapped in your religion that you believe speaking of "spirits of the earth" is satanic, or evil, you probably shouldn't be trying to meditate or be hypnotized in the first place. Now moving on. Those of you coming into this with truly open minds, prepare to be pleasantly surprised. I was. Lately I have had an extremely stressful time, feeling walled in and just so stuck that I had begun to feel significantly depressed. I have had his "Relax" app for awhile now and decided maybe it was time to branch out a bit. I put my headphones in and laid down for bed. He knocked me out within the first ten minutes; which is a miracle for me. Waking up to his little awake message was the best way I've ever woken up. It was soft, and there wasn't any of the "Oh shut up!" thoughts that are my initial reaction to alarms. Now, I did notice I felt a little more tired than usual, however (and really let me emphasize that), I noticed a continuous serene feeling throughout my day. It didn't even click while I had people screaming and cursing at me, until a friend of mine at work told me I was staying surprisingly chipper considering the hoopla going on around me. So hmm. Maybe there's something to this? To end, 4 stars because I love Andrew and his voice, and it seemed like it really might have made a difference. 5 stars may come after I've had a bit more time to test the waters. Will keep you posted. ;)
