I order shoes from the app and they send me another one and when I i call customer service they told me to go to store to replace with the correct one and i went to dubai mall the store manager mostafa told me they don’t have i can go to marina mall they have 7 pieces and i went to marina mall sharon the store manager told me that she don’t have it also i think they bought the pieces for them selves , customer service no action unfortunately

It’s borderline unusable, and no one bothered to do a basic grammar check. Stick to the website until it’s sorted out.
