Not happy

I have 3 of these DSP units. One in each of my vehicles and all of a sudden my phone will not connect to any of them. It keeps telling me incorrect password. I have not changed my password. I have not been able to listen to any music in any of my vehicles the last 3 days due to this being the central controlling component in my system. I am ready to take these out as well as all my Stetson amps and replace everything with a different name brand. Contacted customer support and all they could tell me is that they are working on fixing the issue

If I could give it one star

This thing randomly list signal. Tech support is ONLY on WhatsApp messenger. No call support available. Will not let me connect to update the system. Keeps saying password error and when I finally get it to display the โ€œupdateโ€ system it says โ€œupdate failedโ€. Tech support messaged me saying it was a software issue and would be fixed by tonight/tomorrow and said everything would work fine and when I tried to turn on my system my SUBWOOFERS were playing voices like regular midrange speakers. So I had to disconnect the remote wire signal to hopefully avoid damage to my AMPLIFIER AND SUBWOOFERS due to this Bluetooth unit NOT FUNCTIONING at all. Terrible customer serviceโ€ผ๏ธโ€ผ๏ธ
