Starting Solids: Baby Food

This app has made starting baby-led weaning so much easier! It offers simple, clear guidance on introducing solids, with details on portion sizes, safe preparation, and the right foods for each age. The tracking feature is great for keeping a record of what my baby has tried, and the safety tips give me peace of mind. It’s intuitive, super helpful, and has become my go-to tool for BLW. Definitely recommend it for new parents! Update: I do wish the app had more food options and BLW recipes, but it’s already a fantastic resource. Hopefully, they’ll add more in future updates!

Horrrible app. Even if you unsubscribe you will still be charged. And then they make it even harder for you to get through to someone to figure it out. Don’t use this app!
