I have had this app for 5 years or more. I bought this app because my doctors advised me I had a higher chance of getting blood clots so they advised me to get up every 2 hours. Especially while working this helps. So far this app has worked. If you need this app for medical issues or just want to get up every 2 hours for some extra exercise. This app won’t disappoint! They have also changed the name and added some more benefits like meditation and breathing exercises. You can get snowball to do stuff also. So cool! I haven’t seen an app like this on the App Store. Thank you for having an Apple Watch app. That’s the reason I bought this also. 🩵
