Stanbic IBTC Mobile 3.0

I recently had an issue with a POS transaction where money was debited from my account but it was declined on the machine. I complained and the customer care service reached out to me. They listened and the transaction was reversed. Up until that day I have never had any issue with Stanbic and going forward I don’t think I would. I’m very grateful for the care and the service. 10/10 minus nothing

I don’t understand why transaction receipts were being removed from the quick options immediately after a transaction is completed. Why would I have to start a new process of going to my homepage, then going to transactions before I can get a receipt. You guys didn’t think about the user experience when making this change. I feel it needs to change back to its previous way.

The app still needs to under go some testing before deploying, first the landing page does not fit in my phone properly, it’s should be fit the phone orientation, secondly when i try to remove beneficiaries of which I don’t know it get duplicated in the first place, the app just go blank and log me out, thirdly the OTC should be able to auto catches messages like OTP request or it’s should suggest instead switching apps to get OTP request. I have uninstalled the app waiting for the updates.
