I bought the lifetime access. Loved the app. Can no longer use it after getting a new phone. My account is there. My routines that I made are there. I cannot access them without paying for what I’ve already paid for. Google declined a refund. There’s a “link” that says “restore purchases” that doesn’t do anything. I have emailed twice from two different accounts more than a month ago with no reply. Through the email link and separately. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not waste your money!
Love the app. Such a godsend for stacking together habits. My only problem is that I can’t quite figure out how to move around the routines to put them in a set order? Not sure if it is possible but would love the feature! Otherwise it’s perfect for ADHD.
