St. Paul Pioneer Press

I enjoy reading articles from the Pioneer Press and want to support local journalism. However, when the articles in my newsfeed are 6+ months old, it’s difficult to want to continue subscribing.

I used to get Pioneer Press notifications from the app, but I can’t remember the last time I saw one. I know they’re still sending them because a friend of mine showed me she’s getting them. Nothing wrong with my settings. It would be nice if this got fixed, I hate missing news.

I've been using the app for about a week now and I couldn't be more pleased. Loading is quick plus it has an offline mode which is great when I'm on my iPod. Clicking on links within articles is very easy such as following major columnists on Twitter. I'm not sure what people were complaining about before, I have ha no problems with downloading new content daily and advertising glitches. I recommend people try it for themselves!
