Spirit Fast -Christian Fasting

I have used other fasting apps, and I will say that I really enjoy this one. In the past, I was fasting for the wrong reasons, generally to lose weight. But through my spiritual journey as I connect with God, I’m learning other reasons to fast, like to starve my flash, and to heal my body. I feel like this app really helps you make more of a spiritual connection with God. The only thing I wish the app offered was the capability to have widgets on my phone. Other fasting apps allow you to keep a widget on your phone so you can see how long you fasted for, without having to open the app. Thank you for a wonderful app!

I would say all around this app is really good because it lets you customize what you want from it and it allows you to keep track of praying and stuff like that and I really enjoy that there’s a lot of keeping track. This one as a whole made it easy to personalize and also navigate the app in a way that helps you make it easy to do your best in your fast. First off when you can list the stuff you wanna do for the day you can’t do that until it’s that day at 12 AM. Which not everyone likes to stay up that late to do that. The second thing that I really don’t like that it does is it’ll send me a notification asking me if I wanna stop my fast. Like that’s something that’s not very appreciated because I don’t want any temptation to stop the fast when they’re already hard to do anyway. You already have the red button to end it early if you want to. I will say something else that also drove me nuts is when I was in there and I wanted to move from one page to another. It kept on sending me to review it over and over and over again even after I said no thanks and very irksome. You just have to say no to doing it and I’ll let you continue what you were doing. Honestly, as far as apps go for fasting This one is really good. I would probably recommend it to friends.

This app has helped me get started with fasting and the inspirational fasting quotes keep my encouraged. I also appreciate the reminders to pray during my fast. For some reason I can’t turn off the notifications to fast from this app for several months now, despite messing with the notification settings. That’s ok tho, it’s a good daily reminder to keep fasting in the forefront of my mind since Jesus reminds us to fast in the Word. I really appreciate this Christian fasting app. I’m happy there are so many likeminded Believers who prioritize this principle taught by Jesus Himself. God bless. 💗
