Frequently fails to load the next exercise. Some exercises can not be loaded at all blocking progress. These bugs can be very frustrating for children.

We Submitted the form on their website for support and got a php website error. There’s no way to contact anyone for help. This is supposed to support family sharing, but it does not. All family members are asked to purchase again. Restoring purchases loads forever and never restores. So I just wasted $10 for nothing. I do not recommend this app.

UPDATE: Developer has been very responsive and is working to resolve issues. Given three stars for customer support, will update again when issues are resolved and games can be played. Recently bought this app and paid the full $9.99 to unlock all levels because my son loves playing these games at his grandparents’ house. Must have been a glitch with the update, because the app has NONE of the games advertised in the description. Just several versions of ONE very simple and dull game, which isn’t even one included in the description. Tried to reach out to Kidlo to ask for an explanation or a refund and their contact link is broken.
