ABC Kids Games: Learn Letters!

I had purchased the full version of this game for my daughter a few months ago. She absolutely loved it. One day when she went to play it, there was no sound coming from the app. Her other apps were working just fine with full sound. I tried all possible ways to try and fix it but I came to the conclusion it was on the apps end. I had reached out to the app support and they kept telling me it was basically my iPad and were giving me ways that I had already told them I’ve tried to get sound. After days of back and forth, I asked them to just refund my money since they would not fix their issue and then they told me to go to their website and write them, which I had done in the beginning. Total rip off!!!

Buy the game for 4.99, but the audio and graphics are nice, as well as the app. The letters of the word runs across the screen and your child has to slide the letter in the right spot. A few letters of the word would be said and once a good portion of the letters for the word is filled in the boxes it’ll pronounce a few letters at a time until all letters are found then it’ll spell the word bit by bit then say the entire word so your child really learns the word. I think this would definitely be a great app for an older child (mines is 2) like 3/4 and older. Really nice app though.

My experience with downloading learning apps for my granddaughter is frustrating. Either they crash frequently, too many adds popping up while she is trying to play, or they are deceiving and you find out that she can only do a certain example and can’t go any further without purchasing the whole app. Very disappointing for a child. Mind you they are all NOT like that, but I’ve come across many. This app is different. This app has learning & playing at the same time. That always works. This app has done it exceptionally well. The words, the colors & the crazy characters makes it so much fun for my granddaughter. I had the trial version and loved it, so I just purchased the full version. If anyone is skeptical about purchasing the full app, just try the trial for a day. You won’t be disappointed! Keep up the great work!
