We must pick what spots to sit in 2 weeks out at noon every day that we work in office. It takes over 10 minutes to go through the process of reserving a seat since the system is so slow. It doesn’t matter if I use my phone or computer, or the wifi at work or my home, the system will still take 10+ minutes to book a spot.

My company uses this app to reserve desk spaces. The latest updates require a daily login, it appears. I’d like a system that allows me to stay logged in for a period of time given the extraordinarily low risk of somebody attempting to fraudulently log in under my name and reserve desk space. (Is that the high security risk here?) The app is poorly supported; when I have a problem I never know who to call. It’s also glitchy with occasional crashes/breakdowns. Honestly, with a daily process like this, I value reliable, glitch-free, easy to use and access. I could care less about a monthly technology update. Reach functional/effective and leave the app alone. This is a disappointing forced-use application, a daily low point in my day.

For scheduling workspace after March 13, 2022, the app is moving the time request forward one hour without notification. For example, I booked a workroom for 8:00 - 16:00 on March 14, and noticed in View Events the time was changed to 9:00 - 17:00. I went in to update it to 8:00 - 16:00, and after it accepts the change in time it shows up in View Events as 9:00 to 17:00 again. Is there a fix in the world for this issue? Thank you.
