SoulPod: Breathwork Rituals

Soul Pod app has genuinely been one of the greatest and most profound things that has happened to me. I used to “meditate” but struggled going deeper, feeling like I could never tap into what everyone was talking about when they meditated. It wasn’t until finding Soul Pod that I witnessed pure meditation, & what it meant to meditate. Now I don’t skip a day and the growth that I’ve witnessed in my life has been beautiful and expansive. In total honesty, I’ve noticed that the pod portion of it doesn’t feel as necessary to me. In the beginning I was excited to connect with others on this journey and hear and witness their own experiences, but not many people choose to do this. After going through all 7 journeys, it wasn’t until I got to the 7th that my fellow pod member actually engaged. I appreciated it, and it helped open my mind to different perspectives. My hope is that there will be more people willing to do this in the future 🙏🏼 All in all, these meditations unlock new opportunities for you to go deeper and explore a new state of mind and being. I hope it will serve you as well as it has me. 🙏🏼🤍✨

The grounding that this meditation app has given me is profound…the meditations are some of the best I have ever done, the music is beautifully grounding, the simplicity of having a new journey ready for you daily is so comforting to my anxiety-prone mind, and the opportunity to be in a pod with some of my closest friends is a wonderful bonding opportunity for all of us. It also brings me so much joy and gratitude to see how these daily meditations have impacted the lives of my best friends. Thank you SoulPod team 🙏🏻 I highly, HIGHLY recommend this app. I think it’s way better than all the other meditation apps I’ve used.

I’ve done the first meditation, and it was good. But what’s the point of having a soul pod if you can’t communicate with them? There are only two people in mine, but I can’t figure out how to chat with them. I can click on their faces, but it takes me to their home page and I can see them her they want to achieve through the journey and that’s it. Jury is still out. I’ll try for day 2 tomorrow. Maybe something will click and I can figure out how to communicate with the others. A bit disappointing that it’s not clear. But maybe it’s just me. Update to review: I have upgraded my review from 3 to 4 stars. I think the meditations are very calming. I like the breathing exercises. My actual pod is just not very good. I think I’m at 46% done with my journey. I now have 6 other people I believe. It seems like I’m the only one really doing it. Everybody else is 1%, 3%. Very low. I get the concept. Unfortunately, you can’t control what everybody is doing in the pods assigned. So that’s been a bit disappointing. I think you just have to do it by yourself and not worry about the others who may be assigned in your pod.
