Songwriter Pad LE Songwriting

I have had this app for a very long time and have used it to write countless songs, and I appreciate that. At the end of the day I felt is was time to write a review in hopes developers would hear the issues that have not been addressed naturally, as I figured they would have been. The crashing... NEEDS to be fixed. I cannot tell you how many Lines and recordings I have lost from a crash. It really blows because I can put something great down and then boom, gone. It’s been a problem for years, over several ios and several devices, fix it. Also, the ordering of projects is stupid. When I work on one it should not bounce to a random order when I try to go find it again. When I click to organize by date, it doesn’t, and organizing by name is kind of inconvenient. I would also suggest better recording features to make this app the best available songwriting app. Should be some minor things and then I would rate 5 stars.

Ok now first off I love this app or at least the concept. I mostly use it to find more creative words to rhyme with when writing lyrics, but. My largest issue is the fact that it crashes a lot and loses Internet connection even though my wifi is fine. Which in turn messes with my creative process because I'm getting frustrated trying to fix the app. Another thing that upset me was that on my old iPhone I purchased the pro version and then bought a new iPhone and tried to download again but it said I had to buy it. As far as I knew as long as I purchased with the same iTunes account I should be able to download to any device. If they could fix the bugs I would give this 5 stars because it's perfect for any songwriter.

I am a professional songwriter in Nashville with many cuts to my credit. I was excited when I found this app but the "blocks" layout concept is too frustrating. Each block (verse, chorus, bridge etc.) allows you see the first 4 lines you've written and then you have to scroll to see what other words are there. This is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to record your idea and you must keep stopping to scroll. And it just looks weird. Why have my song on a page when I can't see all the words that are there? Let me see my song as a whole!!! Until you change this layout, this app is useless to me.
