I have loved playing this solitaire game for years; however, they recently started doing 1v1 matches instead of the normal 5 player matches. This has been so frustrating to say the least. It takes you SO long to earn money opposed to the 5 player games. They said, it’s because they get solved quicker but it’s more frustrating and you lose more money since there’s not even a chance of coming in 2nd place to earn any of your money back. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS and bring back the 5 player matches all the time or give people the option to choose if they want to do 5 player or 1v1. I’d rather wait hours for the matches to be completed than ever play another 1v1. It has really made me not want to play anymore and look into other solitaire cash games.
Downloaded with no problem. Made a deposit and provided account info. A message flashed saying my location couldn’t be verified with my gps. I was required to enter and verify my phone number. Even though it said a verification number was texted to my number, it never happened. I deleted and installed the app several times. Each time, the result was the same. Bottom line, they accepted an $8 deposit purchase from me and then made it impossible for me to use the app. I reported the app to iTunes and cancelled by debit card. Discovered later they wouldn’t accept my review submission!
I only gave 5 stars so my message would show at the top but my app started glitching and I can’t access my account. All of the glitching started once i withdrew $90 it took months to actually be able to do that btw. All of a sudden the app won’t fully load and it just shows the start screen and I press it multiple times but it won’t fully open. I have tried undownloading, updating and reaching out to customer support and have heard nothing back the only message they did send back said “ dear players, Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that players need to contact us through the in-game customer service channel if they have any issues in the game. The email channel only handles issues related to the inability to log in. Thanks for your understanding.” But how can I access the in game customer service if I clearly stated I can’t get into my account… I also have not received my money and it has been more than 5 days. I haven’t broken any rules playing this game so I hope that little $90 is not the reason for booting players out because I’m sure I have won and lost 10x that over the months but idk.
