I received my parcel today, and I’m really happy with the quality of the photos. I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering your prices are much more affordable compared to others on the market. I was initially concerned about the quality since most of the photos I uploaded were collages, but they turned out great. The only issue I noticed was that some of the pages, particularly the ones in the middle, weren’t properly bound and were coming loose. Other than that, I’m quite satisfied with the order.
I had bought a picture with frame from them. First of all I got only a sms with an order number. There was no other communication and the sms said the order will arrive in 10-12 days. I waited patiently. The order did arrive in 12 days. The packaging was good with too much of bubble wrap. However to my horror when I had opened the package the frame was in two pieces. One side was completely snapped into two. With the amount of bubble wrap it had the only way it could have broken is if it was packed that way. Or the material was really cheap like a twig that even a small drop would break it. I contacted the customer care. Sent them all the pictures. They said they could only give me the refund of 100 rs. The invoice said the frame is 169 and vat is 27 and shipping was 50. I tried to reason with them saying that I could forego the shipping however please return the amount I paid for the frame. But they kept repeating the same thing again and again saying they are not responsible as this broke in shipping. I had no other option but to get the 100 rs alone. First of all the quality is so bad. Secondly despite paying 50 rs for shipping you get a very bad shipping where they break your item. Thirdly this company is commuting gst fraud and still charges VAT. AND FINALLY THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE THEY ONLY REEPAT ONE THING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
The app is one of a kind. I mean the brainstorming thoughts behind these app’s making must be interesting af. Not everyone owns a Polaroid camera, but still wish for the aesthetics of one. This app is truly great for them. And, for the ones who does own a Polaroid camera but due to the in availability of the films. They are deprived of having film photos in their albums and simply walls because many people use film photos as decorations these days and they’re tumblr approved. Everybody craves for the Tumblr Polaroid aesthetics, and so did I. I actually invested in a Polaroid camera in NYC, and returned to India with a few films unaware of the fact that what a hassle was on board already waiting for me. Moreover, I shifted to just printing out my pictures but they weren’t as good as film photos quality (both in the texture of the paper and the lustrous) came across this app in someone’s in App Store and decided to give it a try, though they make picture books, frames, calendars and what not but I decided to just test it first before actually putting my trust into it, So I opted for the 12 piece set Polaroid printable and I received my order today. And, they don’t look and feel like prints to be really really honest. The texture of the paper is just like the texture of the real fujifilms. Moreover, love the lustrous glow in the photographs, they shine even in dim light. I’d 100% recommended it and I’m already onto ordering my next set and the added bonus is that This App is very nicely built and has no bugs. Works totally fine and smoothly on my IPhone XR and doesn’t drain battery. Go for it!
