I have to use this app for work. This app drops calls, often times when you try to make a call it never connects until your 3rd time calling a number. When a call comes in, it rings once and then goes to VM. The caller lets me know it has rung 5 times on their end. Very frustrating!
Nobody leaves reviews for this app because it just simply works. It’s not the most advanced voip app, but it does everything you need it too. I wish call blocking was easier to do. Other than that it’s great.
We started using SNAPmobile for my business after being told it was more affordable version of Vonage, which we were currently using. We are having lots of problems with the app. Mostly not getting any notifications for phone calls or texts. We have to keep opening app to see if we missed anything. Can take up to four hours for someone to receive our responses to texts. You can save names in your contacts list, but they don't show on the SMS messages (only the phone number, no names) so you still have to figure out who's texting you even though they're already in your contact list. Also, when you text, it applies weird characters in between your words so it makes us look stupid like we can't type. The weird characters only show up after you hit send. Overall, they need to go study Vonage app and try to emulate it a little better. Sorry, but we're switching back to Vonage. It's worth the few extra dollars.
