Snap Send Solve

First of all, I would like to thank the government for providing the public with a platform to monitor inappropriate behaviour and report concerns. This allows everyone to participate in maintaining our society and to identify and address actions that do not follow social rules and standards in a timely manner. Australia is a beautiful, diverse, and harmonious country that requires all of us to work together to protect and preserve. I hope everyone can obey the law, respect others, and cherish this land, so that we can continue to safeguard our wonderful home together. Once again, I sincerely thank the government for providing this opportunity for the community. Through mutual supervision, cooperation, and support, we can build a safer, more respectful, and more progressive society.

Every time I open the app, it crashes straight away .. haven’t even used it yet.. It just froze at the end of making the SSS report and before sending it off. Now crashes as it opens… Also the registration process is broken. I had a problem registering because the Verification link sent in the confirmation email directs you to a “Safari can't open the page because the server can't be found” page. I’m guessing other have too?! The work around to complete registration is as follows 1. Continue with Google or Apple If you have a Google email account, please select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the Snap Send Solve sign in page. This should allow you to sign into Snap Send Solve with no issues. Or 2. Continue with Email Select Continue with Email on the Snap Send Solve sign in page Enter your email address Tap on the Verify button Do not tap on 'Go to inbox' button. Leave it open in the app Go to another device, such as a computer, and open the verification email sent from Snap Send Solve. Please note there is a 10 minute limit to verify your email before the link expires Click on the Sign In button/link in the email Go back to the Send Solve Solve app. Your email should now be verified

This app makes it so easy to report on things that could be improved in your community. I’ve snapped everything from unsightly abandoned shopping trolleys to broken glass on the footpath to improving bike signage. I particularly love the new feature where you can take start a report from a photo in your camera roll. It takes me about 10 seconds! Whether the issue gets solved and how quickly depends on the council or other responsible authority that you’re reporting to, but when it’s this easy, it’s a no-brainer to report it anyway. Plus, the app allows councils to let you know what the progress is. And it’s a great feeling to walk by and see that you had a hand in making something better for yourself and those around you.
