Not an LG product
This is not LG ThinQ. The logo is made to look similar. When you install the app you are directed to an in-app purchase option for $5.99/week. Be very careful giving access to your network/bluetooth devices.

Deceptive application charged
I have used the FREE ThinQ lifestyle app for a while but recently when I downloaded the free application, I was redirected to somehow paying for this application by mistake. I knew ThinQ was generally free but somehow I ended up being charged $40 for this thing I don’t even know what it is. I find it confusing and deceptive to have two very similarly named applications were one is free and one has a charge. I just have to call this out as I see it which is a deceptive practice. I immediately asked for a refund, but they’re making this extremely difficult. They being Apple, who should have immediately granted the refund since I canceled the service as soon as I mistakenly purchased it. I don’t see how LG wouldn’t approve the refund for an immediate cancellation either this shouldn’t be that hard.
