I was introduced to MeetGeek from a corporate contact. This app is absolutely perfect for meeting summaries and staying on top of meeting discussions. I’ve tried another product and it does the summaries but won’t go into all my meetings with a simple click to use for all my meetings and I can’t determine why- wasting time searching for how to use a tool- does Not happen with MeetGeek. It is simple to learn and deploy and on -off is simple. It informs everyone in the meeting that I have a note taker and helps me stay on track without stopping to write down notes or ask presenters to repeat what they said. For folks needing a tool for physical and cognitive issues - I’ve worked in the accessibility field for 24 years and this app is a game changer! For those busy overworked folks with many meetings and in need of an amazing note taker- this is your go to! Budget cuts and tons of meetings done alone after using this- you’ll agree! Best app ever!
I've been using MeetGeek, the web service, for a while now and was excited to hear that they launched an app for better mobile support. It's pretty handy for recording and transcribing various ideas and meeting points, but the summaries of these is where the service is most valuable and the app really enhances that. I've noticed some bugs in the iOS version, which can be frustrating at times, but the overall functionality makes it worth sticking with. It's been a real time-saver for summarizing long meetings and conversations, and I appreciate how it can syncs with my other productivity tools. While the iOS app could use some polishing, MeetGeek has definitely improved my workflow with the app and allows me to capture and manage information from various meetings and presentations in a snap.
I was already a huge MeetGeek fan before their mobile app dropped. But MG solved a problem I didn’t know that I had. With this app, I can easily record a meeting with my phone and automatically upload and process the audio file using the amazing MeetGeek tools and get a perfect meeting summary delivered within minutes of the meeting wrapping up. Which means, i don’t need my laptop or zoom to get the most important data from a meeting I have in person. All I need is my phone. Plus, I get access to all of my past meeting summaries. This is so convenient. If keeping good notes in your face to face meetings, you need this app from MeetGeek.
