Since I began the process with Sky, every single step of the way has been fast and easy. It’s so customizable for ANY type of business- it’s perfect. It’s not just about the payment to them- it’s really how can they help make things easier for you. Getting ahold of customer service with Sky is really how you would want any customer service to be. 24/7 support with calling and texting options. We were using three….THREE different apps to do what Sky does with one! Best of it all, is it’s optional to use the app. We had customers complain about having to download another app on their phone, but with Sky you have OPTIONS! Web based or on the app. Who else does that?

I used a Verifone for 10 years and wasn’t sure how I would work with an iPad for taking payments but this service has been wonderful. The rates are low, the app is free, and I am able to keep track of all my card, cash, and check payments. I also really like the inventory management and if I ever need anything, I can pick up the phone and talk to a real person or they will come down to my store. This is a great service for businesses in Kentucky.

We have used hadepay for the last 2 weeks and the money savings are fabulous due to the ability to have customers pay it. The savings is why we switched, but one feature I’m really happy with is the ability to itemized all my services, manage inventory, and easily keep track of hours and sales for my commission stylists. It has removed many headaches that I didn’t realize we had, and has cut 4-6 hours from my week that I once spent doing the things that hadepay automatically does for us.
