Okay so I blindly bought the Dime 3 earbuds and in all honesty I didn’t do much research at all and I should’ve because the dime 3 earbuds arent compatible with the app and that’s the only reason I was comfortable buying them in the first place I was so used to using my earbuds with an app and now that I’ve switched to a different brand I find out they’re not even compatible?????? I’m not sure how to move forward but I am not happy I should’ve stuck with jlab they have never done me wrong and this is my first purchase from skullcandy in years and i am immediately met with dissatisfaction and overall the app isn’t even that great from what I’ve seen so far but guess what???? I can’t even explore the app and all its featured bc the product I purchased isn’t even compatible instant regret I regret downloading this app and I regret purchasing from this brand im not sure what to do with my earbuds but never again

Latest update changes the UI a lot. It used to be dark based but now it is light based with no option for dark mode (kind of minor but would really like a fix). A larger problem is it is unable to connect to my headphones (Crusher Evo). It says to make sure the device is powered on and nearby. I am currently listening to music on them from my device so… range is not the issue. This was not an issue before the update. Update: Not sure why but the app is working better now. It is able to connect to the headphones even if the headphones are playing music (like before the app update). Developer response was not helpful and played no role in the app spontaneously working other than making me try my way again. Changing rating to 3 stars since there is no dark mode. Add that back and I might change my rating 4 stars.

Works until I click on the other tiles then go back to headphones settings and it says they’re not connected anymore. Restarting the app & staying away from the other tiles works. Previous versions of the app worked better before the redesign but the important stuff works with a little fincking. Could be my Indy ANCs becoming less stable with newer versions of app. Request for better stability & compatibility, less ui overhauls. Ui design has always been a hit out the ballpark.
