I wanted to try the app so I signed up for 3 day free trial and somehow it has charged me for annual membership WITHOUT THE FREE TRIAL. I did not consent to that. And if the quality of the video was great I wouldn’t have minded but the quality of the video is soo bad I wouldn’t even keep the membership for free. There is no way to get in touch with customer service to get a refund. So unless you have a wish to throw money away don’t even bother with this app. It’s a scam. What a waste!! Honestly the 3.7 rating it currently has is generous because for what it produces a negative star suites it well. If you want talking head video generator try Hygen. Please refund my purchase I signed up for the free trial not an annual commitment. I can’t even use this for anything

We are limited to 500 letters. As far as using the app I couldn't proceed without a purchase, to which I tapped on year purchase, with 3 day trial, failed. When I went to process my first try at video, it came up with the purchase option, however, when I chose to cancel the 3 day trial, 1 year option subscription, I was actually signed up without the 3 day trial. I'm feeling swindled, after trying the app and discovered it’s not for me. At this point, it’s not even entertaining since I found out after the fact my trial was not even an hour trial. Please cancel, and refund my purchase Thank You
