I read a statistic that only about 5-10% of men are able to truly walk away after a breakup or block without a follow up and only 1% are able to do so without ever watching a Story or engaging in some way. This app helped me become one of those men, and even softened my ex’s feelings about me from what I’ve heard from her friends . It helped me as a man to not sacrifice my dignity for a relationship where I gave so much and then was cruelly cut off on my birthday , and without this support I probably would have reached out . It is a game changer , the panic button , the day counter , the meditations , it’s truly one of the best apps in the App Store and the girl who made it is 1 in a million for supporting people who go through this . 5 stars , absolutely a must have .

Honestly, I downloaded Silenzio on a whim, but it ended up being one of the few things that kept me grounded during the worst days of my breakup. The no-contact timer gave me a weird sense of pride—seeing the days stack up made me feel like I was taking control back. The panic button is surprisingly effective. I’ve hit it mid-spiral and the voice that comes on is calm, direct, and exactly what I needed in that moment. The affirmations aren’t corny either—Lucia’s voice feels like someone who actually gets what you’re going through. That said, I wish the free version had a bit more variety, but I ended up upgrading and haven’t regretted it. The manifesting meditations might not be for everyone, but if you’re open to visualizing a better future (whether it includes your ex or not), it’s worth trying.

Prior to this app Lucia has been there for me in spirit lol so many times. i love her soothing voice, how down to earth and knowledgable she is, i automatically put on her podcasts at night an listen until i fall asleep and if i so happen to wake during the night shes still playing and giving amazing advice, love how all episodes are up and just plays the next automatically...and i was happy to learn of the app. i love the guided meditation to manifest a text, the option to record affirmations and the panic button for a little support. although i dont see myself using the app regularly its one of those things where listening to lucia on her podcasts makes you automatically want the app because its just extra support you feel like with the app you can be the best soldier possible lol not sure if you are reading this lucia but thanks for all you do and i will be purchasing a one on one soon currently in no contact and boy this is a doozy love the app:)
