No Contact: Breakup Recovery

I used this app daily and faithfully for almost a year, recommended it to many people and just overall loved it. Yesterday I updated the app and my account was gone. When I contacted support through the App Store, I was told there was a glitch that affected a small number of people.. me being one of them. I lost full access to my account. I paid actual money to use this app and to have lost my account with my almost 300 days of progress and notes is honestly a little heartbreaking. I will be contact Apple about this. So what was once a 5 star app quickly turned into a 1 star after this 🥲

I’ve been using this app for almost a year - and it has really helped me stay contact in some of the hardest moments of my breakup. I’m 268 days in! One thing I don’t love is on the recent update is the weekly streak…I don’t think it’s entirely necessary and if I’m not constantly checking the app and the streak goes back to 1…it kind of makes me feel like I’m starting over? Which I’m not… I just don’t find it beneficial for my healing journey. Other than that, the other features are really useful.

I’m going through the most painful emotional whiplash and emotional break up in my life so far. This app has helped me stay grounded so many times, and honestly, there’s just a lot of different really thoughtful components to it. That makes me feel like they thought about a bunch of different ways to help me stay grounded when my anxiety kicks up.
