I joined the program because of the new “pregnancy program” it is ludicrous that as the time progresses the workouts become much more challenging. If I was not making a baby, sure I understand I want to build up to be stronger but while having a 26 weeks belly the workouts Silvy suggest are extreme and not pregnant belly friendly. This program is good for someone who is used to working out as much as she does maybe, someone who before pregnancy was lifting 3-4 times a week minimum. Otherwise this is not for the average pregnant woman that wants to workout during this journey. Workouts should be easier as the belly grows! It’s plain logic!
I’ve been using this app since the beginning and I can only say good things about it. I love the options of full workouts with Silvy at home or Gifs at the gym or when I’m short on time and want to skip the explanation of exercises or longer resting times. They have about 13 training plans, (with dancing, yoga and running as well) tips, tricks and meal plan suggestions for any goal. The only “downside” so far is that it doesn’t synchronize automatically with your apple watch but that is just a minor inconvenience. Overall I definitely recommend it!
Love love love using this app at the gym. I appreciate that there are a few options to choose from (follow along with Silvy, or the gym and home options to do on your own). Although I’m pretty experienced at the gym, I like this app because it gives a perfect routine to follow and keeps me accountable. Also the app is super easy to use, syncs with my Apple Watch, and has some great recipes and other tips (in Spanish only). Gracias!
