I love this app, it’s very affordable and simple… every time I want to meditate I open it, short meditations you can make in any moment during the day, with different facilitators. They remind your when it was the last time you opened it, sometimes I’m like… oh it passed 5 days without meditating? And that push me to remember doing often!

Meditating daily has helped so much in my focusing. Everything is very calming. I use the free version.
The only reason I give this a 4 star is because sometimes for a split second about twice during meditation the ocean sound cuts out like it’s on a loop.

I love this app so much! I am a college student and I usually have trouble falling asleep and their sounds help me to relax and sleep very well. I literally love this app.
That being said, this app is really expensive and I cannot afford to pay it, so I use the free version. However, with the free version I can only listen to ONLY one sound again and again for free…
It’s sad that it’s so expensive. I cannot how could it help me using all the sounds
