Shouqi Ride-hailing APP

I had to use this APP while I was in China because DiDi was no longer available for new customers. This APP is considerably more expensive and the quality isn’t that great. The app is only in Chinese and is very frustrating to use if you don’t know what it’s saying. Many times I had to cancel drivers and it asked for a reason, all the reasons are listed in Chinese so I would have to just pick one and not know what it was for. I would have to randomly pick a reason. And a lot of the times they were fake because I didn’t know what it would say. So I suggest have a way for foreigners to use this app instead of having to have up randomly pick excuses to cancel and hurt the drivers reputation. This app is not good by any means for foreigners.

Don’t be fooled by this English version, stay away if you don’t have any Chinese bank cards. China does not welcome you if you don’t put your money in Chinese bank first. Just like other Chinese apps, Alipay, wechat Pay, DiDi and etc. The so called cashless system requires Chinese national ID card and Chinese bank card. Customer service is a joke if you are outside China. The worst part, it let you register your foreign mobile phone and transfer from your wechat red envelope money then it will keep showing data loading failure when you try to see your balance. Then the online rep will tell you the app is not for non Chinese like you and you supposed to install the Chinese version which rejects your non Chinese mobile. Calling the refund line from outside China, busy or no tune as it seems to detect you are calling from a land line or any non app registered number. We are not welcome there since China already have enough consumers.

尊敬的 ShouYue，我发现 you updated your app in the US store. The new app is in English which is great but 能不能给一个语言选项呢？不是 every US store customer speaks English 啊。 你们连自动翻译都做了，就没想着增加一个语言选项么？此外，短信也全部是英文的，感觉不像是在国内呢。
