This app is perfect for bagwork or shadowboxing. Just downloaded and I’ve only used it once but you can select different Muay Thai styles for your workout. Going to explore the app some more but the first use was flawless and legit combos.
Really great app- would love to be able to: -change the punches from 1,2,3 to jab, cross, hook, etc. -customize the time between each callout, or to slow down the callouts further
