after reading these reviews I realised it was not my devices having problem be it my old iPhone or my new iPad. The receipts scanned are not shown in the transaction history alto it said submissions received. Hope it can be quickly resolved or we get missing points or u get duplicated receipts if we keep trying.

After I update app, I realized my points were gone and the transaction page all wrapped out. Try to put in an equiry on my missing points and transactions but not able to do so using their ‘contact us ‘ function in the app as there’s nothing to select from the ‘equiry’ Dropbox .resulting in error after inputting all the rest . Pls rectify this . There is no number to call or a live chat link . Certainly not an email received on latest event , promos or progress Pales in comparison with the other malls in times like this
