good morning my name is bonnibel and i am part of the pugb mobile cell phone video gamer community. A massive group of people have been waiting for the app to be repaired to use it with Xbox One or PS4 gamepads, among others, and it happens that every time someone downloads the app and installs it on their iPhone cell phone with the 13.5.1 operating system, the app says it is not compatible with that system even though you only wrote in the details of the app, which was updated for systems above 13.4. The thing is that I see that they are lying to us so that we download their app and I, as a representative of the pubg mobile video players, cannot allow that, now I tell them that they are going to update the app, just do it and do not want to deceive us or what Otherwise I will have to notify the community to make massive reports of their apps and your company so that they are removed from the apple store and play store. Postscript solve the compatibility of gamepads with the app to make bluetooh worse. things are not fixed just by writing repaired.

Everything is fine until today, I was playing last night with my half keyboard and a mouse I’ve had it for about 5-6 months now. Today is the saddest day of my life because while quarantine this is my past time. Let’s make it short, today I logged in and connect the Bluetooth like I always do then wait as I assumed everything is connected and nothing wrong I go to cod app and i couldn’t move with my mouse and the button just start working. I believe it’s not the buttons or my mouse was broken I think the Bluetooth from the app to app or I would say call of duty just ban controller from Bluetooth or something. Btw I never update my iPhone to iOS 13.4 because I want to keep playing with keyboard. If I updated my phone I wouldn’t be able to connect to Bluetooth because it’s not going to be compatible. Can someone please help. just simple help why? My Bluetooth from my phone is connected to ShootingPlus I picked my preset and go on to playing but when went to cod app my character is not moving or the button it’s not working at all. Thank u

The ShootingPlus App is still really buggy. I am going to list out what the problems are so far that I've seen. 1. App wont recognize gamepad when connected via bluetooth at times. 2. Start/Select buttons are no longer available when button mapping. 3. App needs a way to save certain buttons configurations under desired app/profiles. 4. App needs to allow user to create and save separate profiles or configurations for other apps in the main menu. 5. App needs to allow user easy access for switching/assigning configurations to the buttons for switching button mappings on the go. Such as Home+Up Or Home+Right Etc.. 6. The home button can be used a little more in my opinion i understand that its kinda the on and off switch but id like to see something done to this 7. App needs a way to recalibrate controller. 8. When holding down a directional button on the d-pad, the input is cut off from just simply pressing a different button so for example when i hold right and press ‘A’ to jump its cuts off input from the d-pad which in turns no longer keeps moving to the right since it cuts off input in the d-pad i then have to re-press the right arrow on the d-pad to continue moving... Other than the issues i listed above, this app did function correctly and everything was fine i didn't have much of a problem but that was for only one day. The very next day the app no longer connects to my gamepad thus making it useless to even have. Please and thank you if you resolve these issues much is very appreciated.
