Small local banks are the way to go ! You want to be somewhere people know your name and you’re not just a number or a way to be cashed in on. I am more than a financial opportunity and ServisFirst is the Best! They make sure the staff knows their customer’s needs and names. They communicate effectively and efficiently, the extra mile is something they are constantly going for their customers. I do not want to be at any other bank so they are stuck either me and my millions !

Every single employee regardless of title or role, local and corporate are always AMAZING! I never have trouble contacting anyone and am always easily directed to the right person. They respond immediately and assist in whatever needs I may have. Every bank- every business should model themselves after the employees, managers, directors, etc @ Service1st. They have made my banking world easy and are kind and consistently supportive. 5STARS!

Takes multiple attempts to deposit a check. Did not have this issue with older version of app.
