We have been with SOCU since 1989 and they are the best credit union and have always been there for us in their services throughout our many years with them. We moved away, but maintain our banking needs through them to this day.

The folks at Service One Credit Union really know how to take care of you. This union has a hometown flavor with a professional standard that understands the needs of the common people. They go on reasonable banking standards and extend kindness and compassion to customer such as myself who has limited means of income. I recently ordered checks for my regular checking account. Firstly I was charged for them. You took it out of my Easyshare account. That’s because you sent me checks on the WRONG account. Your cashiers are constantly depositing my checks into the wrong account. I blame this on management for the lack of training AND because of your confusing situation of account numbers. I can put the full account number on the back of the checks and the cashiers STILL ask which account I want it to go into!!
