Hi Jeff, first of all, thank you thank you so much for this awesome app. But i’ve been having an issue with importing my trip from jetnet. I used the app just fine for months and it started failing importing the trips 3 weeks ago. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, deleting the account and making a new one but didnt get any luck.. pls lmk what i should do, i rlly want this app for the trips. Please and thank you!

No way I could make it without this APP as a BH or RSV. It has everything you will ever need at the push of a button. You can see trips in open time which is helpful to reserves and line holders. When serving RSV I love knowing where I am on the calllout list. It is so much easier to press one button and know. Crew portal requires so many more steps. If you do not have this APP you need it!! Trust me it is a life saver and a game changer. Make a donation too!! It is not required but once you see how invaluable this APP is you will want to!!

Jeff I never write reviews and i had to take the time to stop and praise you for all your thought and work you have put in this app and all the improvements you are adding. This app is essential and gives us back some control over our life for anyone on reserve with the great standby feature. Allowing us to see where we stand as well as see if we have been skipped when we shouldnt have been etc... there are so many features that i love that you have basically given away for free makes me very embarrass with anyone who complains about being charged for the few little features you ask for donation to allow then to use. Being a very Jr flight attendant and not making a lot of money believe me i try to be as cheap as i can However when someone like you makes an app like this that help me so much i do plan to increase my patreon contribution because i really want you to suceed where i feel our company app/website (you know what i mean) has failed us. Because the company in my opionion was cheap as well and didnt want to pay for the quality product it should have. Please Please keep up the great work and features. You have my complete appreciation for all your hard work.
