Needs: Dark mode. Calendar integration. Much more offline functionality, especially map cache. Otherwise it’s a good app that is helpful for airline crews.

The app is great for providing feedback to the hotels (good and bad) which allows our hotel committees to make more informed decisions. Please improve the app and allow us to save our hotel brand loyalty numbers in the app. This will save us from having to physically write them down on the checkin paper every time we arrive at a hotel.

I love this app and it has made improvements in the last year, but there are still some interface issues. If you don’t leave feedback for a previous stay as soon as you open the app, you can’t go back and leave feedback without having to fill out the whole compliment/complaint form. That form is also cumbersome and doesn’t allow for wiggle room in the drop down menu.
