Sennheiser Smart Control

I use the app with the momentum 4, there’s a bug where the headphones will connect and disconnect from my smart tv every 2 minutes or so if I’m using them with a different device while someone else is using the TV, manually disconnecting from the app seems to work. It would be nice to have an option to set which devices to automatically connect to and which ones not from the app. It would also be nice to be able to set touch sensitivity for the ear cup gestures as well as “tap speed” to register something as a double tap vs a single tap because I have an issue where if I double tap the ear cup to toggle the ANC it will also pause or play whatever I’m listening to since I’m assuming it registers a single tap first. Lastly, not sure if maybe there’s a limitation here with bluetooth but it would be nice to make the battery percentage more accurate as it only shows in 10% increments in the app.

Current owner of ambeo mini soundbar, also I own each momentum over ear Noise cancellation since momentum 2(the 2’a don’t have app support, they are my knock-around pair now) , times three and four are quite different both in design, but in terms of quality have not noticed drastic difference would say they are equally good just slightly different and also have different settings available within the app . At one point, I tried the true wireless buds, but they are just not for me, kept falling out of my ears, always had the same problem with AirPod pros even after trying every size and way to wear now I just stick with over ear for any listening, but I do use my AirPods for phone calls. The mics on these don’t seem great, which I’m judging by usually having to switch to my AirPods because the person on the other end, can’t hear me when I answer or call with them on really and I don’t wouldn’t even care if they didn’t include my but have to say app is intuitive and easy to use not to many settings to where it’s overwhelming and unhelpful, but also just enough to feel as if you are in control that each set of momentum have pretty different settings and presets would be nice if there are some more consistency there but that’s more of a critique of the product not the app. I definitely would recommend turning off the setting that automatically pauses when the headphones detect that they’ve been taken off I see too many people having this issue and not realizing that it’s a simple setting , some even returning their headphones and switching to a different brand /subwaybranf no I’m 🤠 with accidentally register this constantly and almost sold the car when someone mistakenly told me it couldn’t be turned off. Also just make sure your firmware is up-to-date , especially if you’re getting your device on / near the release day, expect there be some bugs, but they seem to be handled rather quickly

This is my third iteration of the Momentum True Wireless series and as I awaited the release of the new 4th gen version, I was hoping for a few improvements of which you did not disappoint. The new features are outstanding and that Sennheiser sound stage is what moves the needle for me. We have different features singularly or multiple of which we are most gratified. Personally, it’s about the seal and the sound. It’s not that I don’t care about the other features, it’s that I am willing to sacrifice the other features that has to be the absolute best IMO to have the sound that just mesmerizes me. That’what these new True Wireless headphones do for me. The new and improved app that just had a new update which had a few major improvements that made the headset greatly improved. I am now saying the sound is phenomenally outstanding and most gratifying pair of true wireless earbuds that I have ever owned. The future updates will be more icing on the cake. Sennheiser, continue to do what you do and I will remain a faithful customer sharing my experience with family and friends.
