I’m happy we have access to an app, but being unable to provide bulk delivery on the app is severely inconvenient.

I loved how this was a quick, easy access to basic information, but here’s my biggest gripe. The doesn’t the app auto close and have you to log in again when you navigate away. It just stays open. My bank apps do this and I think it’s great. Could be a hassle, but with touch unlock is easy. It would be a simple thing to help protect student files. Will have to update the review as I experiment with it more, but it goes.

Great concept and convenient app. However, not being able to filter out results based on your service provider role, there’s just too many services to sift through to find the student you’re looking for. I would suggest allowing us to enter what type of service provider we are and only show those results with an option to see all of the services if needed. Otherwise it’s still quicker to visit the website, which should allow for a permanent filter option as well. It just makes it so much more efficient and less tiring having to sift through so many pages or constantly having to re-enter search filters when switching between students.
