I rarely leave reviews, but when an app truly deserves recognition, I make an exception. Sci-Themes Wallpapers + Image Widget is one of those rare finds! I don’t understand some of the poor reviews I read - confusing based on my experience using the app. Before purchasing, I read the app description carefully, so I knew exactly what to expect. I was not disappointed —high-quality sci-fi and futuristic wallpapers with a seamless widget experience. While nothing is animated (yet!), the static designs are so immersive that they bring my iPhone to life as if it were a piece of 24th-century technology. The wallpapers are vibrant, ultra-detailed, and perfectly optimized for all screen sizes, ensuring no distortion or pixelation. The image widget feature is a fantastic touch, allowing me to customize my home screen with sci-fi visuals that match my chosen aesthetic. The app is smooth, intuitive, and free of glitches. It’s clear that a great deal of time and effort went into crafting these designs. If you take the time to read the detailed instructions, setup is straightforward, and the results are stunning. As a longtime sci-fi fan and tech enthusiast, I highly recommend this app. I’m already planning to purchase the developer’s other apps and experiment with combining them for even more customization. They do look good till you try and fit them to the 15 Pro Max. Apple let's you "crop" but that doesn't solve the issue that while the width is spot on the height is tantalizing out of reach leading to misalignment. If this was a free release then I wouldn't complain about it but it isn't. I do see the developer responding to reviews and if this is fixed I will update to reflect it. Other than alignment I would love the app.

The app description makes it seem like it has a bunch of wallpapers for a bunch of sizes. The fact is that each size only has a few. Or if there are more, it’s impossible to get to them because when you press see all it doesn’t do anything. Also the wallpapers don’t fit correctly with the lock screen widgets. The lock screen widgets go over the parts of the wallpaper that you want to see. That is that this is the only wallpaper that works from my iPad Air. Not to mention that you have to choose between horizontal and vertical wallpapers and they don’t have the same wallpaper in both sizes. There’s just so much they could improve with this and I really hope they do because I would love to come back to this. But I think I’m just going to return the app. Oh, and you can only have one widget and it’s only one size. Makes no sense. I have so many options for widgets if you can only use one?
