I get a completely different app interface as compared to everyone else at our school and our school is not listed as an available option. Troubleshooting links take me to irrelevant pages and I can’t find anyone to help me solve the problem. As a result I don’t have access to my child’s school information and the school refers to the app when I ask how to get to the relevant information. Complete waste of my time.
