Schedulista: Online Scheduling

I’m a tattoo/ permanent makeup artist. I offer multiple services. I like having full control over my schedule and Schedulista provides that. I am able to offer certain services on specific days of the week at specific times. For example, if someone wants to book a 6 hour tattoo session then they’ll notice that I only offer that service every Tuesday. Or if someone wants to get lip blush they only have the option of selecting a 9 am time slot or 1 pm. This is why I’ve stuck with Schedulista. No other booking app offers this feature. Thankfully, I am always booked out five months and being this busy means I need a sharp and efficient booking system. Schedulista makes it so easy for clients to make their appts with me. Never had a problem with Stripe either. A couple of things I wish it did offer is photo images for services and a waitlist feature. Creating my own waitlist in my phone notes and trying to fill openings is such a hassle. Other than that Schedulista is perfect.

I have been using Schedulista for almost 2 years now and they never disappoint me. The schedulista team are very quick to respond when I come across issue. Most of my issue are easy fix. The appointment schedule is user friendly. I recommend to all my beauty industry friends and they all love it. Customer does not need to log in, to book appointments. They just click a link that you can post on Facebook/ Instagram/ text message or any social media. If you have a nail salon like mine, all the staff get alert when they have appointments coming in. I don’t need a receptionist. Nail staffs can only see the clients service, first name and last name initial. I’m more secure and knows staff don’t have customer information if they decided to leave. Very easy to schedule and clients get a text reminder and email confirmation. Pricing is very low for what it does. Thank you schedulista team for a job well done. Handfootspa Orlando,Fl.

Overall I enjoy the service and clients appreciate the ease of setting up appointments. As an owner of a busy barber shop, it can be frustrating, because while some stylists can be slower than others, schedulista only allows the entire business as a whole to operate on the same appointment duration. So if I want to take clients every 30 minutes, while a slower coworker needs to book out at 45 minutes, there’s nothing I can do. I have to take clients every 45 minutes so that the other barber doesn’t get behind. Waste of time and money for myself and other faster stylists, by being forced to limit our clientele volume to accommodate slower stylists. Service times should be set up individually per stylist, not as a whole. Also the app interface was quicker and much simpler to use before...sure it looks nicer and some much needed updates and services were introduced, but could be so much more intuitive and responsive. This service offers more strengths than weaknesses, but the weaknesses can be extremely limiting to a busy salon environment.
