Savage X Fenty by Rihanna

This was the app I’ve been patiently waiting for. I’ve been a Savage X member for about 5 years and since then I’ve been checking every now and then for this app. Today I made my first purchase on it and it was an amazing experience. My eyesight has downgraded a bit since my joining, and this app puts everything bigger, bolder and right in my face for an easier shopping experience. Thank you Rih Rih and the whole Rihanna Navy team!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I really wanted to support this Black-owned business, but my experience has been disappointing. I was told that with a membership, credits could be used at anytime. However, when I placed an order almost 2 years later, I was charged for the membership again on top of my order. When I requested to cancel, I was told I would receive a refund, but because the charge was considered “old,” it would be issued by a check — even though the payment was taken directly from my card without delay. I was also informed the refund could take 4-6 business weeks. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency and transparency has turned me off from continuing with this company.

So happy there was a smooth transition to moving everything from the website to the app: even the items in my cart . The clothes are definitely quality.
